Cashew Yoghurt

Ingredients
  • 140g cashew nuts, soaked overnight
  • Probitic (such as Super 8's)
  • 240ml filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Drain the nuts and place in a blender with the probiotic and filtered water.
  2. Blend until a creamy, smooth consistency is reached. Add more drops of water to blend if necessary.
  3. Transfer the mixture to your Yo-Life glass and secure lid. Leave in a warm place to ferment for 24 hours.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice before serving or store in the fridge.

TIPS

Serve with fruit or granola to add another dimension
